Catching Up...

It's been 2 weeks since our Hannah has been home. It's been a quite the adjustment. It still doesn't seem real. I take pictures daily, I just struggle to find time to upload them to the blog. I'm still working on the time management aspect of motherhood.

Hannah is growing everyday. She's such a sweet baby girl, we are truly blessed. Here are some pictures from the last two weeks. Forgive the quality, they are from my phone...
